Keep in mind permits from your city or county are necessary. It’s sometimes challenging to do what you will with your home. The city or county likes knowing what you’re doing so they can assess fees. The permitting process does take time before you’ll get a thumbs up to proceed. Once demolition is underway some items removed will head to a landfill. That’s not terrific since the materials could be toxic to the environment.
